How can I return or exchange an article bought at Nootrofit.nl?
Naturally it's possible to exchange or return products bought at Nootrofit, however please contact us in advance (by email or telephone) before submitting any returns.- Returns in envelopes will not be accepted because the packaging and/or strips can be damaged during expedition.
- Returns should always be returned in a box with an accompanying letter so we can help you quickly.
- Returned articles should be send postage paid, unless the fault was caused by Nootrofit.
