The vitamin C in Puori C3 comes from three natural sources; acerola berries, goji berries and rosehip. All three are rich in natural vitamin C and extracts contribute to the vitamin C content of Puori C3. In addition, for a powerful dose of vitamin C from magnesium, zinc and calcium ascorbate, Puori C3 is also added. These ascorbates are highly absorbable forms of vitamin C and are used to ensure a gentle intake.
