I listen to Jocko's podcast and they talk about discipline go all the time, I just had to try it, I was a bit skeptical with what they were saying that it will make you sharp etc but it actually works, I would say it hits you like if you were to drink a large coffee but it's kind of spread out and when it wears out it's not like coffee where you loose all your enthusiasm, it has caffeine in it but maybe the same amount as a cup of coffee, anyway I recommend it.
